Who pays for biohazard cleanup?
Usually not you. Homeowner's insurance typically covers cleanup after a covered event, and Arizona victim compensation can pay up to $2,000 after a violent crime. We bill carriers directly and help with the paperwork.
How fast can you get here?
We respond 24/7 across Maricopa and Pinal counties from our Gilbert base. Call and we will give you an honest arrival window on the spot.
Will the neighbors know?
No. We arrive in unmarked vehicles and plain uniforms. Discretion is a core part of the job.
Can't I clean it myself?
Please don't. Blood and bodily fluids can carry pathogens that survive on surfaces, and contamination soaks into materials you cannot see. Beyond the health risk, no one should have to clean up after their own loved one. That is what we are for.
Do the police clean up after an investigation?
No. When law enforcement releases the scene, cleanup is the property owner's responsibility. Officers can give you a list of companies, and we are glad to be the one you call.
Do you repair the damage too?
Yes. Unlike most cleanup companies, we remediate and repair. Drywall, flooring, and finishes get restored so the room is whole again.
